Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° F

Toss veggies with 2 Tbs Fat, 1/2 tsp salt, the garlic powder and turmeric.

Spread evenly across half a sheet pan
Step 4
Combine chicken, remaining fat, salt, pepper, coconut amigos and fish sauce. Place on the rest of the sheet pan and spread the bacon even acrossly the whole pan.
Step 5
Roast for 40 Mins.
