Instructions

Step 1
shred all cheese

In a large pot, add heavy cream, cream cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder. Simmer on low heat until cream cheese is melted.

Cook pasta according to box. Save 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining

preheat oven to 350 degrees

After pasta is drained, in the same pot, add butter, garrlic, and onion. Sautee for 2-4 minutes

Add in flour and sautee until slightly golden

Add in heavy cream mixture, pasta water and all cheese (save some cheese for layering). mix on medium - low heat

Once cheese is melted, add in pasta

In a baking dish, layer pasta, favorite cheese,

bake on 350 for about 10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
