Instructions
Fried banana slices
Step 1
Roll in a mix of 1/2 cup flour, cayenne, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Step 2
Roll in egg + water mix, then back in fry ingredients.
Step 3
Slice bananas evenly, at least 1/2 inch thick.
Step 4
Add slices to hot oil, so it sizzles when you gently drop in the bananas.
Step 5
Flip when it turns light to medium brown. Recommend you make these in batches.
Step 6
When you remove them put them on a plate or bowl with a paper towel and sprinkle with cinnamon and white sugar mix.
Strawberry sauce
Step 7
Slice 2-3 cups of strawberries, then squeeze half a lemon over the strawberries and mix.
Step 8
In a pan with medium heat, add strawberries, 1 tbsp brown sugar, and fresh minced ginger.
Step 9
Let cook, stirring often for 10 minutes until strawberries start to disintegrate. Add a 1/4 water if the strawberries are dry.
Step 10
Pour mixture into blender with 1 tbsp butter and blend together. You should taste ginger without it being overpowering.
Butter bread and chocolate
Step 11
Slice wonder bread into even strips. Fry in pan with butter until browned on one side, then add a dollop more butter and let second side brown.

When browned on both sides, move to plate with paper towel and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Heat 1/4 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips in microwave until soft, then mix until smooth.
Step 14
Spread chocolate onto toast strips.
The final combo

Add 2 scoops vanilla ice cream with 3 banana slices, 2 strips of chocolate toast, and a large drizzle of strawberry-ginger sauce.
