Step 1
Peel and dice the apples then add to a pan with cinnamon vanilla and 2 tbsp of sugar . Cover with water then boil and simmer for 10 minutes . Blend with a stick blender .

Beat eggs milk and melted butter in a separate bowl .

Slowly add and whisk the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients until a smooth batter is formed . Butter or grease a pan then add ladles of the batter and spread it out. Once the edges curl up flip over then cook another 30 seconds.
Step 5
Serve the pancakes with apple sauce and if you like some whipped cream. Enjoy .
