Ingredients

20 g protein powder chocolate

25 g baking cocoa

3 tsp backing powder

Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Grease a loaf tin (approx. 30 cm long) or line it with baking paper. 2. For the dough, wash the zucchini, rub dry and grate finely. Squeeze out the juice (not too much!) and set aside. 3. Beat the eggs with the sugar for a few minutes until fluffy. stir in the oil. 4. Mix the flour, hazelnuts, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add to the oil and sugar mixture and stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Add the grated courgettes and stir until the courgettes are almost invisible. Finally fold in 100 g chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate).—> add 2 tsp of honey if you want it sweeter (optional) 5. Pour into the prepared form, smooth out and distribute the remaining chocolate drops on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. Leave to cool in the mold, then turn out. Leave to cool completely on a wire rack - and serve.
