πŸ§€πŸ§€πŸ§€ MAC N CHEESE W SPINACH & PEAS πŸ§€πŸ§€πŸ§€ Arahia tired Mac n cheese for the first time tonight πŸ‘πŸΌ She stayed in her high chair longer than usual so I’m guessing she liked it πŸ€ͺπŸ˜… β€’ About 3/4 cup macaroni pasta β€’ Handful of spinach & broccoli florets β€’ 3/4 cup of cheese β€’ 1-2 tablespoons of flour β€’ 1 tablespoon unsalted butter β€’ 200ml milk β€’ Frozen peas Finely chop the spinach. Add the pasta to boiling water and leave until it’s soft. In another pot, on low heat melt the butter. Add in the milk and flour and stir. Add more flour to thicken if desired. Once it’s a good thickness, stir in the peas, spinach, cheese and pasta. Taste test to see if it needs more cheese 🀩 Next time I’m going to add broccoli florets too πŸ₯¦πŸ₯¦πŸ₯¦

Instructions

Step 1
Finely chop the spinach.
Step 2
Add the pasta to boiling water and leave until it’s soft.
Step 3
In another pot, on low heat melt the butter. Add in the milk and flour and stir.
Step 4
Add more flour to thicken if desired. Once it’s a good thickness, stir in the peas, spinach, cheese and pasta.
