Simply Superb Pecan Pie
11/27/25: switched out to Stevia and maple syrup. Chuck didn’t “know” but the filling was “less”. Try smaller pie plate (not deeper stoneware)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350* In large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and butter. Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 45-60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between outside and center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
