50glupin flour
½ tspbaking powder
1gpsyllium husk
optional
8gmonkfruit sweetener
35gnon-fat greek yogurt
thick yogurt
50galmond milk
less milk if using a watery yogurt

Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven 180C and prepare baking paper.
Step 2
Mix all the filling ingredients.
Step 3
3. Mix all base , add almond milk gardually as last step and ensure you have a dough consistency
Step 4
4. Shape the dough as a thin circle on top of the baking paper
Step 5
5. Top the center of the dough with the filling.
Step 6
6. Fold the edge of the full circle inside (form a galette!)
Step 7
7. Bake for around 18-24 minutes. Check from time to time until it’s ready.
Step 8
8. In the meantime, prepare sauce mix the sauce .
Step 9
9. Remove galette from the oven.
Step 10
10. Top with creamy sauce. Enjoy!
