Blueberry Compote
Dough
130glupin flour
95gmonkfruit sweetener
180mlunsweetened vanilla almond milk
50gvegan butter
1 tspvanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180•C
Step 2
Combine granulated sweetener flour in a large bowl.
Step 3
Stir in the milk, then the melted butter. Mix until well combined.
Step 4
Pour one punnet of Blueberries to the bottom of a 20 by 20 cm baking dish , dust with a tbs of granulated sweetener. Shake the dish.
Pour your batter over the top of the berries and then sprinkle the remaining blueberries, rolled oats & granulated sweetener over the top.
Step 5
Bake for 30-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve , with a dusting of icing sugar, ice cream or coconut yoghurt of course, if it lasts to the next day reheat and add some fresh icecream 👌🏻
