Instructions

Step 1
☑️ Slice each sausage lengthwise, stuff with cheese and pull sausage back over to cover.
Step 2
☑️Heat a skillet with a tablespoon or so of olive oil, sauté onion, pepper, garlic and seasoning for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
☑️Pour half jar of sauce on the bottom of the baking dish, lay sausage over, tops with sautéed peppers and onions, pour remaining sauce over.
Step 4
☑️Sprinkle Parmesan , mozerella or provolone over if you want or can omit.
Step 5
☑️Cover with foil, back for 30 minutes at 400. Remove foil, bake for another 10 minutes.
