Instructions
Step 1
While carving the pumpkins separate the seeds from the goo. Rinse the seeds well to remove any more goo.
Step 2
Place the seeds on a large baking sheet, spread out evenly and season heavily with kosher salt. You can also use cajun seasonings, depending on the flavors you like.
Step 3
Bake st 300°F checking and stirring every 30 min until the seeds become dry, then check every 10 minutes till they are crunchy and well cooked but not burned.
