Step 1
Mix almond flour, baking flour, and salt together, set aside. Mix melted butter, sour cream, and beaten egg together then combine with almond flour mixture.
Step 2
Separate dough into three equal pieces. Roll into a ball and pat down to form biscuit. Bake on silo at lined baking sheet at 400° for about 15 minutes or until done.
Step 3
Note: Feel free to double (or triple, quadruple, etc.) recipe as needed to make as many biscuits as wanted.
