Instructions
Step 1
Place the pork chops in a bowl or plastic freezer bag.
Step 2
In a bowl whisk the honey with the mustard, vinegar and soy sauce.
Step 3
Pour the marinade over the pork chops and marinate for at least one hour.
Step 4
In a pan, heat up 1 tbsp of olive oil and sear each pork chop on both sides (about 3 minutes per side).
Step 5
Salt and pepper the pork chops to taste.
Step 6
Transfer the pork chops into an oven safe dish.
Step 7
Spoon on a few tbsp of the remaining marinade.
Step 8
Cover with foil and bake into a preheated oven at 375 F for 20 minutes.
