Instructions

Crust:

Step 1
Place Krusteaz Variety Basic Muffin Mix, oats and softened butter in mixer bowl.
Step 2
Using a paddle, mix on low speed 1 minute. Scrape bowl.
Step 3
Add water and continue to mix on low speed 30 seconds or until dough forms around paddle. Set aside 1/4 of crust mixture (28 oz).
Step 4
Press remaining crust mixture into prepared 24x16x1- inch sheet pan.

Filling:

Step 5
Place chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
Step 6
Add coffee granules and stir until smooth. Set aside.
Step 7
Place eggs in separate mixer bowl. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 1 minute.
Step 8
Add flour and mix on low speed 1 minute or until smooth.
Step 9
Add reserved chocolate mixture. Change to medium speed and mix 1 minute or until well blended.
Step 10
Pour chocolate filling over crust in pan.
Step 11
Sprinkle reserved crust mixture over chocolate layer.
Step 12
For standard oven, bale at 350 degrees for 22-27 minutes; for convection oven, bake at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
