Instructions
Step 1
Add Olive oil to sauce pan enough to cover the curve of the pot
Step 2
Add mince meat to sauce pan and cook on high.
Step 3
Add 5 generous pinches of salt and cover with black pepper
Step 4
Cook until brown.
Step 5
Dice the half onion and add it to sauce pan, continue cooking till onions soften
Step 6
Mix thoroughly then add 600 ml of tomatoe sauce
Step 7
Add 100 ml of red wine into the tomato sauce bottle and mix to get the rest if the sauce and pour into sauce pan.
Step 8
Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5-10mins
