Instructions

Step 1
Melt the butter large skillet over MED/MED-HIGH heat and add ground beef. Brown the beef breaking it into crumbles until cooked. Drain the grease from the pan and remove from the skillet into a bowl for a few minutes.
Step 2
Sautée the onion and bell pepper in the same skillet and cook until soft (2-3 minutes). Add garlic and sauté 1-2 minutes. Return the cooked ground beef to the pan and add tomato sauce until we’ll mixed.
Step 3
Combine the ketchup, water, brown sugar, mustard, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper in the skillet and stir well.
Step 4
Allow to simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes until it reaches the consistency you prefer.
Step 5
Serve on Martin’ Potato Rolls.
