Step 1
Place the bulgur wheat in a large heatproof bowl and pour over the hot water. Cover and set aside for 25–30 minutes until the grains are tender and the water has been absorbed.
Step 2
Meanwhile, place the cheese, apple and parsley in a large bowl.
Step 3
Fluff up the bulgur wheat with a fork. Add the bulgur wheat and dressing to the cheese mixture. Mix together, season with salt and pepper and serve.
