¼ cupparsley
flat leaf, fresh, roughly chopped

4 cupspinach
baby
0.5 x 450gtin beetroot canned
baby, cut into quarters

feta, crumbled
Instructions
Step 1
Arrange baby spinach on a plate. Top with orange slices, onion and beetroot.
Step 2
Sprinkle salad with the crumbled feta and parsley. Serve.
