Mediterranean baked halibut

This is one of my favorites which can be made with any fish you have on hand.
Note: The sun-dried tomatoes on the fish look burnt however they were not.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix together chopped sun-dried tomatoes, mayo, garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Step 2
Coat a small baking sheet with a splash of olive oil and place the fish on top, skin side down. Sprinkle fish lightly with salt. Spread the mayonnaise/tomato mixture over the top of the fish.
Step 3
Bake at 425 for 15-17 minutes. Remove from oven and top with fresh chopped basil. Enjoy!
