Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in microwave
Step 2
Beat 3 eggs and add lemon juice
Step 3
Continue to whisk
Step 4
Place eggs and lemon juice over double boiler and continue to whisk
Step 5
Slowly add melted butter, whilst continuing to whisk
Step 6
Once thickened, add cayenne pepper and Dijon mustard
Step 7
Mix until incorporated and then take off heat
