Sweet Apple Relish
5 steps
Prep:30min
It may sound weird but these sweet pickled apples taste just like a fresh apple pie filling. I developed this recipe so I would never have to store apples in lemon water again. This quick pickle not only keeps them from browning but it also adds a punch of flavor.
