set oven to 425

start rice in rice cooker
rice3 cups

wash broccoli and then toss on baking sheet (with aluminum foil) with avocado oil, salt, pepper, and 2 tsp of minced garlic. put in oven for like 15 minutes. Toss halfway through

wash that breast and get all the weird stuff off. then slice it into small pieces that jasmine might eat.

season the chicken with 4 layers of seasoning below. start heating some oil in a pan over medium high heat.

cook the chicken for about 6 minutes per batch. Should have a nice sear on at least one side. Set aside in bowl when done.
