Seared pork chops with goat cheese, green beans & a roll

Instructions

Step 1
Combine butter, thyme leaves, 2 1/4 tsp lemon zest, goat cheese, salt and pepper in a small bowl until well blended and smooth.
Step 2
Spray a skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then add to the pan.
Step 4
Cook 3 minutes per side, or until done to your preference.
Step 5
Transfer to a plate and top with goat cheese butter.
Step 6
Loosely cover with foil and set aside.
Step 7
Add green beans to the rendered fat in the pan.
Step 8
Cook 1 minute, then add chicken broth.
Step 9
Cook 3 minutes more, until liquid has evaporated.
Step 10
Season with salt, pepper and 4 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
Step 11
Enjoy with a roll.
