Brush corn with 1 tbsp of the oil. Grill, covered, on greased grill over medium-high heat, turning often, until tender and slightly charred, 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool. Cut off kernels.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in large saucepan of boiling salted water, cover and cook potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and half.
Step 3
Toss together corn, potatoes, onions, mustard, salt and pepper; sprinkle with vinegar and toss well. Let cool
Step 4
Add remaining oil and dill; toss to coat.
