Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 160°C (325°F).

Mix all cookie ingredients together in a large bowl and gently fold together until fully incorporated.

Form 8 balls and place onto a prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring onto a wire to cool completely.

Prepare the frosting by mixing the cream cheese and truvia icing sugar until smooth and lump free.

Mix the cinnamon and sweetener. Roll the cookies in this mix until fully coated.

Pipe on the frosting, sprinkle with a little cinnamon and enjoy!

The chocolate chip one was a mistake, but the regular ones are very good. The texture is a little airy, more like pancakes, but if you can get past it these just might cure that craving. I didn't roll them in the cinnamon and truvia mixture, I just sprinkled that on top of the cream cheese instead of just the cinnamon. I also used less Stevia in my frosting and it still turned out good, good for people who like sweet and salty more than others. Overall a solid cookie, 6/10
