2 cupsLow Sodium Vegetable Broth
or chicken
2 cupswater
8 cupsBroccoli
chopped, fresh
4 cupsZucchini
chopped
1 tablespoonHot Sauce
Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
1 x 14 ozcan Coconut milk

1avocado
medium, peeled and pitted
Instructions
Step 1
Put the olive oil in a soup pot and heat over medium-low heat. Add the onion, sage, cumin, and celery seed. Saut� until onion is tender.Then add the broth, water, coconut milk, zucchini and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes. Transfer soup to blender and blend in batches, adding in the avocado. Serving Size:�Recipe makes 10 cups so nutrition information is for 1 cup
