Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta following the pack instructions.
Step 2
Heat a sauté pan and add 2 tbsp Olive oil.
Step 3
Add in the pepperoni and cook for approximately 1.5 minutes, next, add in the chicken and cook for a further 2mins stirring constantly to ensure even cooking. Be careful not to overcook the chicken, you don’t want to dry out the chicken.
Step 4
Remove the chicken and pepperoni using a slotted spoon to retain the flavoured oil and place into a bowl.
Step 5
Add the chopped tomatoes and a pinch of salt to the oil and cook until the tomatoes softened.
Step 6
Add in the chilli, garlic and oregano and stir.
Step 7
After one minute add in the passata stir and allow to simmer for 3/4 minutes.
Step 8
While the sauce is simmering, prepare the cheesy garlic bread.
Step 9
Add the butter, 2 tsp of crushed garlic and parsley to a bowl and mix.
Step 10
Slice the baguettes in half and spread the garlic butter all over the inner side and place onto a lined baking sheet.
Step 11
Evenly sprinkle the cheese over the baguettes covering the garlic butter, and place into a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Step 12
While the baguettes are cooking add two ladles of the pasta water and stir. Next, add the chicken and pepperoni into the sauce, stir and cook for a further two minutes.
Step 13
Drain the pasta and add to the sauce, tear up the basil leaves and add to the pan and stir, allow to simmer for 3 mins.
Step 14
Once the Cheesy Garlic Bread is ready it’s time to plate.
Step 15
Add pasta to a bowl, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and black pepper, chop up the Cheesy Garlic Bread, lick you’re lips and enjoy.
