Prepare the filling: Heat the oil in a saucepan on medium-high heat. , Add the onions, finely minced meat (chicken, turkey, or beef), and saute until browned. , Add the ginger-garlic paste, a pinch of turmeric, green chillies, and cook on medium heat for about 15-20 mins, until the meat is cooked. , Add coriander leaves and let the filling cool. , Prepare the samosas (can be baked at 350 degree F or deep fried). , Heat oil in a deep saucepan on medium high. , Cut the tortillas into two halves, and fold them like a V, with the front flaps overlapping. , Fill the V-shaped tortillas with the filling and seal the edges with slurry of all purpose flour. , Deep-fry them until they turn light brown colour.,
