Instructions

Step 1
In mixer, grind up 1 jalapeno, Worcestershire, soy and spices. Place in bowl. Thinly slice 1 jalapeno, add to bowl. Add Dr. Pepper to mix and let sit for 12-24 hours. Slice meat and add to marinade. Allow to marinade for 12-24 hours. Place in dehydrator. Dehydrate at 165 degrees for 2-3 hours depending on thickness and how well done you like it.
