Instructions
Step 1
Combine 1 Cup of Chicken Broth with the onion into your slow cooker.
Step 2
Place Chicken on top of the broth and onions, and dust Chicken with 1 packet of your Ranch mix.
Step 3
Cover and cook on High for 3-4 Hours or Low for 6-8.

Cook Bacon per package directions and chop into small bits.
Step 5
Add Rice, 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, Cream Cheese, Remaining Chicken Broth, Ranch Packet (1.12oz), and 3/4 of Bacon to the Slow Cooker. Cover and cook an additional 25-30 min on High or until Rice is tender.
Step 6
Let stand 10 min before serving.
Step 7
Before Serving, remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred. Once shredded return chicken to slow cooker and stir.
Step 8
Top with remaining Green Onions, Bacon, and Cheese
