Ingredients

2 ¼ cupsall-purpose flour
¾ cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoonbaking soda
½ teaspoonsalt
1 cupunsalted butter
at room temperature
1 cupgranulated sugar
1 cuplight brown sugar
2eggs

2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
rolos
Granulated sugar
for rolling the cookie dough balls in
Flaky sea salt
for sprinkling on cookies
Instructions
Step 1
1) Preheat oven to 350
OvenPreheat
Step 2
2) Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt
Step 3
3) In a separate bowl, beat together butter and sugar till smooth. Add eggs and vanilla
Step 4
4) On low, beat in the dry ingredients till just combined
Step 5
5) Take a spoonful of cookie dough and wrap around a rolo candy. Make sure the rolo is completely covered. Sprinkle with sugar
Step 6
6) Bake 8-10 minutes, till the cookies start to crack. Sprinkle with sea salt, then let cool
