I love recipes like this because it's a mixture of ingredients literally becoming one in order to impact every taste bud you have. Then it's up to the cook to find the perfect balance and harmony. I believe that's why sauce making has always been maybe my favorite part of cooking. So just add all ingredients to a sufficient size blender. Start pulsing a few times just to get everything together, then open the blender add 1 ½ cup of water (or more if needed) to help blend. Blend until all ingredients are incorporated. What you are looking for is a vibrant green sauce that is loose in consistency but not too watery. Chef Tip: if it seems your sauce if a little too loose, my go-to is adding more carrot tops or parsley to tighten it back up. Preferably 🥕 tops because of the milder flavor.
