Instructions
Step 1
Pour the wine on a plate

Lay down the steak the plate and put some salt, pepper and rosemary on it.

Turn the steak and do the same on the other side.

Let the steak rest for about fifteen minutes.

Put the butter in a pan, and when it is melted, ease down the steak and cook it for three minutes each side. If you like the steak well done, cook for a little longer.
