Instructions

Step 1
Heat a Large pot of salted water on a high heat (for pasta) and bring to a boil; cook pasta according to packet instructions and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water. Place a large frypan over a medium heat. Add chilli flakes, brocollini, generous pinch of salt and 3tbs of water. Mix and cover with a lid, simmer until the brocollini is a vibrant green.
Step 2
Remove lid, add 1-2tbs olive oil and garlic, sauté for 2-3min. Remove pan from the heat, add basil, lemon zest, lemon juice, roasted almond and goats cheese. Stir until well combined.
Step 3
Remove lid, add 1-2tbs olive oil and garlic, sauté for 2-3min. Drain spaghetti and add pasta and pasta water to the sauce, mix well and serve topped with parmesan.
