Instructions
Step 1
Put a big pan of water on the stove to boil and add a pinch of salt. When the water starts to boil, add the pasta and cook according to the packet instructions until al dente
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a small pan on a very low heat with the chill flakes and garlic. Turn off the heat once they start to cook and bubble.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and add back into the pan it was cooked in. Stir in the chll garlic and warmed olive oil. Then add the courgettes, lemon juice and t basi and stir through the creme fraîche. Season well with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and the grated Parmesan cheese
