Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta according package instructions.
Step 2
Quarter the cherry tomatoes and mince the garlic. Remove the stems from the spinach.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium. Add the garlic and fry for one minute.

Add the cherry tomatoes and fry for 2 more minutes.
Step 5
Pure in the heavy cream and let simmer for 3min. Season with salt, pepper and chili.
Step 6
Add the Parmesan cheese and let melt.
Step 7
Then add the spinach and let shrink completely.
Step 8
Add 2 tbsp of the pasta water and let simmer for another 2min.
Step 9
Finally ad the pasta and mix well. Enjoy!
