Start by mixing flour, water and salt together thoroughly

Preheat the oven to 220°C and leave the tray in (you’ll need it hot later on)

Once 30 minutes have passed, the chickpea flour is hydrated and you can remove the excess foam with a spoon and add the olive oil, mixing thoroughly

Take the tray out and oil it lightly. Drop the mixture in and cook at 220 for 15-20 minutes or until almost crispy. Enjoy!
