Instructions

First preheat your oven to 400°. Then chop up one medium onion and a small diced or pure into a blender.

Place baking sheet with raw meatballs into freezer and flash freeze until hard, takes about one hour. Transfer freezer meatballs into a labeled gallon size freezer bag. Seal bag, remove as much air as possible. Place in freezer and freeze until ready to cook.

READY TO COOK?! Preheat oven to 400°. Placed meatballs on lightly greased rimmed baking sheet. Bake meatballs in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or no longer pink inside. Let cool 3 to 4 minutes, then serve.
