Sweet Potatoes Fries
These were first brought to my attention about 6 years ago and I’ve kept giving them attention since. When making them at home in an oven though there’s a trick to getting them crispy… Of course, if you’re not a fan of the sweet potato, swap for normal potatoes and it works just as good!
