Instructions
Step 1
Melt 2 tbsp butter in the pan and whisk in the flour. Cook for 1 min then gradually add in the milk and bring to a bubble.
Step 2
Once it's bubbling add in the uncooked pasta and cook for 10 mins or until the pasta is cooked and the sauce is thick.
Step 3
Meanwhile, grate all the cheese.
Step 4
Add the grated cheese to the pasta and season with salt.
Step 5
Finish with the remaining butter and chilli oil and serve.
