Cheesy Parm Loaf
This super cheesy parmigiano loaf can be used as a base for dips, like dried tomato dip. Another idea is to use it for ham or prosciutto sandwiches. Or just eat it as it is for a protein bread!

Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter and combine it with the eggs, the yeast and the milk using a whisk
Step 2
Add salt, pepper, parmigiano cheese and flour. Combine it with a spatula and then knead with your hands until lump free.
Step 3
Put the dough in a pullman loaf pan and cover it with a kitchen cloth. Let it raise for at least 1 hour in a dry and lukewarm place.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 350F, bake for 30 minutes and enjoy!
