Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta until it is slightly undercooked - soft, but still a bit aldente

When done, add to a dish and add 2 tbsp butter (or less if you have reduced the number of servings)
For the sauce

Melt the rest of your butter, saute the garlic until it starts to brown, and then gradually add the flour and whisk

Add in the half and half, followed by the cream and whisk on medium heat until it thickens

On low heat, gradually add the cheese and whisk in

Remove the sauce from the heat and add the cream cheese and seasonings and whisk
Step 7
Mix the sauce with the pasta, place in your oven proof dish and cover with grated cheese and sprinkle with parsley
To finish
Step 8
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180c (or to your preference)
