Instructions
Step 1
Star by chopping the green onion, garlic and ginger finely. Cook them for 5 minutes on low heat in an oiled wok or pan.
Step 2
Make the basic sauce by combining the ingredients and whisking them together
Step 3
Add the sauce to the pan and bring up to a boil. In the meantime, mix together starch and water, and once the sauce has come to a boil add the slurry to thicken. Enjoy!
