Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.

In a large bowl, combine egg and sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Step 4
Add butter and beat on high until combined.
Step 5
Add extract and beat briefly.
Step 6
Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Step 7
Bake for 9-11 minutes until bottom edges look golden brown.
