Overnight Baked Oatmeal

9 steps
Prep:12h 4minCook:30min
Let the oats soak in the fridge overnight or for 12 hrs with milk or water. Letting it soak for a long period of time makes digestion easier and much tastier to eat. This baked oatmeal was made every other week by mom because I loved it so much. I enjoy eating this with bacon or sausage, eggs, yogurt, banana, and peanut butter on top with a bit of Kerrygold butter. Also makes for a great daily snack.
