These are extremely delicious and easy to make mochi brownies!

Instructions
Step 1
Gently melt the butter and preheat the oven to 350F


Step 2
Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder together until combined




Step 3
Whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract together until combined

Add the mixed dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined and smooth
Step 5
Pour into a parchment paper lined 9x9 baking tray and top with the chopped dark chocolate



Step 6
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the brownie comes out clean

Step 7
Add the flaky salt once it’s finished baking and let the brownies cool for 30 mins

Step 8
Cut the brownies and enjoy!
