Step 1
Turn oven on at 350 F
Mix the dry ingredients and make a vulcano. Add the eggs to the hole of the vulcano, the honey, orange zest, amaretto and mix. When the dough is soft and add the almond and mix.
Put the dough on a wood surface lightly floured and roll out 2 logs long 10/12 inch and 2 inch wide. Put everything on a baking sheets covered with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes or until has the gold colour.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes. After that you can cut out diagonally your biscotti with a sharped knife( I use bread knife) Put the biscotti on baking pan and cook again for 10 minutes
