Slow cooker pulled pork sandwiches

This is the most juicy pork and very minimal work and ingredients. Makes the best sandwich! If yiu have leftover use the pork on nachos, a bbq pizza, baked potato or to top on fries!

Instructions

Step 1
Line or spray a crockpot with nonstick spray

Put the onions in the bottom

Mix all the seasonings together and rub into both sides of the pork.
Step 4
Put the pork on top of the onions and cover in the bbq sauce.
Step 5
Cook on low for 7 hours
Step 6
When it’s done, shred the pork.
Step 7
Top your buns with the pork and your choice of topping like coleslaw, pickles, extra sauce, etc
