Instructions

Line loaf pan with parchment

Add yeast, inulin, 1/2 cup 105' water. Let proof 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Mix tapioca flour, almond flour, arrowwood powder, psyllium husk, flax seed, egg white powder, xantham gum,salt and baking powder together in a large bowl. Whisk well.
Step 4
Warm oven to 100'F
Step 5
Once your yeast is proofed, add in the egg, egg whites, lightly cooled melted butter (you don't want to scramble the eggs or kill the yeast!) and vinegar. Mix with an electric mixer for a couple minutes until light and frothy.
Step 6
Add butter mixture to foamy yeast and mix well.
Step 7
Add half of the flour mixture, add sour cream, add remaining flour mixture.
Step 8
Pour into prepared loaf pan. Oil top of batter. Set in 100 degree oven for 60- 90 minutes.
Step 9
Remove loaf if proofed. Heat oven to 350'
Step 10
Bake for 60 minutes
