Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180oC

2. Cream the butter and brown sugar together with beaters.

3. Add egg and beat until mixed.
Step 4
4. Add Peanut Butter and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Step 5
5. Using spatula to mix, add flour, baking soda and salt until combined.
Step 6
6. Add choc chips and mix in with hand until evenly distributed.
Step 7
7. Scoop out golf ball sized chunks of dough. Roll it to a ball and place on paperlined tray. Have some space between them.

8. Bake for 14-15 min
Step 9
9. Once you remove them from oven, use egg lift to flatten the cookies down. Let them cool for a few minutes before you move them to a cooling rack.
Step 10
10. Repeat steps 7 to 9 until all the dough is used up.
